Apply for U.S Payment Service
In
order to receive payments from US companies including Amazon, PayPal
Inc., AOL, Facebook Inc, Digital River Inc., ClickBank, etc you will
have to apply for Payoneer US payment service. Login to your Payoneer account and on receive money tab, click on the US Payment service button.
After filling the form with required details, submit it. You will get
an email within a week indicating that you can now use Payoneer US

Linking Payoneer Card with PayPal
Now
finally it’s time to link PayPal account with your Payoneer debit card
for verification of PayPal account. Login to Your PayPal account and
click on get verified link. You will be required to enter your bank account detailsincluding
routing number and Bank account number. Get these details from Payoneer
U.S payment service and finally link your Payoneer debit card with
PayPal account. Note that PayPal deducts a verification fee of 1.5 Euro
from your Payoneer debit card. So, you must have a minimum of 5$ in your
Payoneer account for PayPal account verification.
You
can add funds to your Payoneer card using your other Visa or Master
Cards. If you have some dollars in unverified PayPal account then
withdraw those to your Payoneer Bank account by
providing Payoneer Bank details. After 3-4 days your Payoneer card will
be loaded and you will be able to attach Payoneer debit card with
PayPal.

either you have entered incorrect details or routing number etc. Or
your Payoneer Debit Card is empty and PayPal is unable to deduct the
verification fee.
Get your PayPal account Verified after successful linking of PayPal account with Payoneer Card.
Withdraw PayPal Funds Using Payoneer Debit Card
After
getting verified paypal account, you will be able to withdraw all your
PayPal funds directly to Payoneer Debit Card. Click on the with draw funds tab from your PayPal account and select Payoneer Master card to withdraw funds to your US bank account.
After 3-4 days your PayPal funds will be transferred to Payoneer Bank Account and you can withdraw payment using any ATM machine supporting
Mastercard. Payoneer debit Card is supported worldwide and you can
withdraw funds easily from anywhere and you will get cash in your local
currency.

If you are residing in Pakistan then I will recommend you to choose Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB)
to withdraw PayPal funds using Payoneer Master Card. Standard Charted
Bank (SCB) , Faysal Bank and Citibank also accept Payoneer mastercard in
Pakistan.
Payoneer Debit Card Fees:
There are also some
fees that are subjected for withdrawing funds using Payoneer Debit Card.

Card Activation Fee:
$29.95 is one time card activation Fee.
Withdrawl Fees:
- $2.15 – successful ATM transaction.
- 1$ per failed ATM transaction.
- 3% – Currency Exchange Fee.
Loading Fees:
- 1.00% (of loaded amount) – Transfer from Checking or savings Account.
- 3.75% (of loaded amount) – Transfer from Visa or Master Card.
