Everyone knows that they should drink more water, but if they don’t enjoy the flavor, that might be challenging. Sometimes plain water seems a little monotonous! Fortunately, there are many natural elements that improve the taste of water, making it quite simple to add flavor without using processed sugar. Pour yourself a large glass of water and continue reading if you’re ready for some tasty refreshment.

Things to Be Aware of.
To improve the flavor of your water, add fruit, cucumbers, or herbs to it. Before drinking, let the flavored water cool for two hours.
To rapidly flavor your water, add a splash of fruit juice, tea, or vegetable juice.
If you’re trying to reduce your intake of soda, squeeze some citrus juice into a glass of fizzy water.

1. Citrus

Add a bright, acidic taste to your water by tossing in a piece or wedge of citrus. Although adding a squeeze of lemon to water is a traditional method, limes, oranges, and grapefruits also taste good! For a milder flavor, let the fruit float in your water; for a more intense flavor, squeeze a few citrus slices into your glass.
If you submerge wedges or slices of citrus in a large pitcher of water, remove the fruit after four hours, since the rinds may impart an unpleasant taste to the water.

2. Berries

To sweeten your water, add berries, either frozen or fresh. For each glass, use a tiny handful of berries. Consider blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries. Before adding the water, use the large spoon handle to gently press the berries in the bottom of the glass to let them infuse with the water.
A helpful hint is to place the berries in your cup first if you want them to float entire in your glass. After that, add ice cubes and pour water into the glass. When you drink, the ice prevents the berries from floating upward and into your mouth.

3. Exotic fruit or melons

For a distinct sweet flavor, cut up fruit such as watermelon, papayas, and mangos. Slicing up star fruit, kiwi, or kumquats and adding them to a pitcher of water is a terrific way to experience new fruits and flavors. Alternatively, reach for luscious melons like honeydew and watermelon. They’ll look amazing in addition to adding plenty of flavor to your water!
Browse the vegetable area of your local grocery store and take note of anything that catches your attention to get ideas for flavored water. Berries? Dragon fruit, huh? pomegranates?

4. Cucumbers

Make your own spa water by adding cool cucumber slices. In case you prefer a more intense taste, peel the cucumber. The longer you chill the water, the stronger the taste will be. After that, drop the slices into it and let it cool until the cucumber flavor permeates the water.
To finish this spa-like cocktail, add a wedge of lemon or a few sprigs of fresh mint.

5. fresh herbs

To add a hint of herbal flavor, muddle some mint, basil, or sage in your glass. Using the handle of a large wooden spoon, gently crush the herbs that are in the bottom of your glass. The distinct flavor of the freshly picked herbs soon permeates the water. Try combining your favorite flavor combinations of fresh fruit and fresh herbs to create custom-flavored water.
Try watermelon-mint, lemon-thyme, or strawberry-basil water, for instance.
Instead of muffling the herbs first, place the loose herbs in a tea infuser and drop it into the water if you don’t want a strong herbal flavor.
